User experience (UX) is a concept with many definitions, but there is no single definition that everyone would agree on. Being a manufacturer of very personal, emotion-packed mobile devices, Nokia takes user experience seriously. Nokia Research Center (NRC) studies user experience together with the leading experts from academia and industry, and helps Nokia business units to manage user experience in a systematic way.
