In this hands-on training you will learn about the features that Python for S60 offers and how it can enable rapid prototyping and bring inspiration for innovation.

Friday, November 3 - There will be Special Events parking for the Python Seminar in the Track House lot on Stanford campus (corner of Campus Drive West/Galvez Street/Nelson Road). Enter the lots on Nelson Road off of Galvez Street. You will need to pick up a Special Events scratcher at the Arrillaga Center on Friday morning, after 8am.
Saturday, November 4 - Parking is free on campus on weekends.

Take CalTrain to the University/Palo Alto stop. Take the Marguerite (free shuttle) B-Line, Clockwise. Get off at the Arrillaga Alumni Center on Galvez Street.

Attendees should have some understanding of basic programming principles (e.g. like Flash ActionScript or Php or any other scripting language).
Participants are expected to have their Laptops equipped with Bluetooth (or PC suite+cable), WLAN and a text editor like Notepad or ConText or some more advanced ones.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own S60 2nd or 3rd edition mobile with them (instructions here), however, several loaner handsets will be provided at the course.
